Outstanding. Noah was very responsive. The bid was very competitive and included upgrades other bids did not have in them. Eric, lead installer, was very good as well.
Since I'm in new jersey and found out I had a problems with my ac unit. The only ones I called was Star. My next door neighbor had used them a few months before and I liked the way they installed her ac unit. They did a great job and my cousin said they cleaned up and did a good job. The 2 young men were polite and professional in their appearance and manner. The work went well with a small glitch in the electrical part on that the breaker had to be changed to the correct size for the new A.C. unit. When they went to get the parts, apparently the truck broke down and so they were delayed in getting back to complete the work.
