This has been our vet for years and when I called to tell them about my pet passing and that his ashes were being delivered and the other issues we needed to go over, whoever answered the phone didn’t even say sorry. I then told her thank you for saying sorry for my loss as a prompt or to coach her on how Jon empathetic she sounded and she proceeded to tell me goodbye. I will be looking for a new vet home after this!!!!!!
Very disappointed in this vet clinic. Boarded our 1 year old purebred chocolate lab for 3 nights. When we picked him up they said he was good. One week later I get a call from them saying they will not board him again because he is a lab puppy and has too much energy. I would think a vet clinic would know that a lab puppy needs to get out and exercise. Evidently this clinic only lets them out of their kennel a very few times a day, as they advised to take him somewhere where he can get some exercise.
I have only been to this place three times and they have done wonders for my 6 month old dog Casey's she is 6 months old and was not drinking water and they gave me pills to help her after giving her to x rays that Animal Rescue League paid for more thank God for Animal Rescue League and Starch Pet Hospital
