I was involved in a accident this past weekend I contacted my agent Matt Basile and was told there was nothing they could do for me because I didn’t have the proper policy my wife and are down to one car and are struggling to get to our jobs the accident was not my fault and I contacted a lawyer and Delaware insurance commissioner and was told even if I didn’t have the proper coverage my agent should still be handling all the details with the other persons insurance agency but I was told they weren’t going to do anything and... read more

Joe, I researched my office interaction and unfortunately, we had no options at that time based on coverage in place. We had to wait for Geico to accept the liability which left our hands tied. I would be glad to discuss further if you have folllow-up questions.
Let me preface this by first saying I cannot say more than enough about Tammy. She is the only person I’ve been able to get ahold of with my accident. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. I got rear ended a week ago and since then I’ve been hung up on, ignored, and now just getting the run around when it comes to my questions.
