I used to love Station 22 but I went there tonight and was seated only to never be served. There were several servers who passed by my table multiple times. It got to the point where I left and went to Bruges where I was promptly served.
I think Station 22 tries to charge the most amount of money for the smallest portions from the two times that I went there (chicken and waffles and a salad). Don't go if you are hungry and don't want to spend a fortune.
They wouldn't take an order 20 minutes before closing.....either change close time to 9:30 and take orders till then or take orders until you close.
****Same review I left on Google Reviews**** Very Honest Review!!! So I have to say, the food was amazing! Great burger and endless root beer was astounding. Everyone else in our party enjoyed the food as well! The reason behind the two stars is the quality of the service or lack thereof. The first red flag we experienced was when I asked for my onions to be grilled on my burger and the waitress said "we actually don't do that." How on earth do they not grill onions?!? So we probed her a bit more and found out they won'... read more
Food's good, but not worth the wait! Waited 45 minutes the first time. I didn't even stay the second time. We attempted, but since we waited about 25 minutes and the whole time 6 tables were empty....we won't be back!
We ate there a year ago. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. Recently returned. Ordered coffee. Waitress said that due to the proximity to new LDS temple they no longer served coffee. REALLY??? We left without ordering.
When you get small tendrils of mayo on your dry burger, you suspect that cooks either aren't clean or aren't careful. When the server asks if you want the mayo scraped off, you have to explain that "had mayo on it" is more like "with mayo" than "without mayo". When the manager on duty wants to ask you about it, you realize that you aren't out at dinner, you're teaching basic food-handling.
Service is terrible.food is good..waited 20 minutes just for our drinks..Been there 5 times never had a server who cares about your time..they have an elitist attitude
