Very lazy. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and they wouldn't push two tables together for our party of six, making us wait for a big table.
This has gone from one of my favorite restaurants to one I will not return to. Had the salmon fish and chips last night and could not cut it with my knife without smashing it. Sad how a place like this could slide off a cliff.
They changed their chicken and waffles. I was really disappointed
I honestly CANNOT disagree more with the 4 1/2 stars this place got! Went out for a good family dinner early last night to make sure we would get in and not have to wait as we had a good family friends 40th bday to attend after. We waited over an hr to get our food when asked for refills for drinks as we waited at our table they said sorry we don't have any clean cups to refill yet so we waited again ?! Both times I have eaten here were sad meals, I believe in giving 2nd chances in case of an off day, that being said out if the 5 items tried only 1 was well executed (the sweet potato logs) the other items chicken and waffles the waffle was soggy, the poutine wasn't poutine ( sprinkling fine shredded cheese on fries and topping with gravy) doesn't make them poutine, and the gravy was the lumpiness gravy I have ever had. Terribly managed. Wait staff is not knowledgeable. Service is hit and miss. Not worth the risk
