If you like prison grey walls and no oil on the lanes, this place is for you. (Supposedly were having trouble with the machine). They don’t seem interested in league bowlers- They did away with the 300 bowlers’ pictures with no attempt to let us know so that we could claim them. A lot of centers are proud of their award scores and have some type of recognition area for them. Just because the center changed hands, doesn’t change the history of these achievements.
Do not plan to have a birthday party here ever again! The customer service is awful. After seeing online and in their flier the party was $140, the lady proceeds to tell my sister in law that it is $180 and that they do not use the website anymore...then why do you have the website still and print the fliers with the wrong pricing? I will from now on take my business elsewhere and will not recommend to friends or family in the future!

Played my bowling game only up to frame 8 and the game was cut off and when went to counter to asked if it can be turned on to finish the game she began with the biggest attitude that we weren’t gonna be allowed to finish the game with paid for... And when we asked to speak with management she said there was non as she is the owners daughter... told us we couldn't bring drinks from outside...then when I went to get me A drink, and went to use my debit card...oh it's a 5$ minimum to purchase anything...yea right...should've let me keep my drink I brought with me...nope wasn't happy at all
