my husband and I went bowling here for the first time. walk in, AC not working. we started a game and all of a sudden there was something in our lane.. piece of rubber is what the guy said. so moved us to another lane. well than lane wasnt working. it would not let me reset and the when we bowl ot would say we had strike and didnt. so complained about that and AGAIN to move another lane. well, if things could not get better the lane too was a mess up. always had to hit reset and the screen that shows your score we couldn't r... read more
My daughter and nephew went to this bowling center and when she asked for bumpers they told her know. When she told them he was special needs the manager stated that he didn't look special needs and continued to be very rude and nasty to my daughter. When I called up there to speak to the manager she was rude and nasty to me as well. When I told her that I would be contacting the ADA she flat out stated she didn't even know why the ADA was and hung up on me! Who doesn't know what the ADA is?
We were told that our credit cards wouldn't go through. The cashier told my husband their was an issue with the card reader. He tried to talk to a 'manager' Shelly. She literally followed us into the parking lot YELLING out that our cards were declined. No one in the parking lot needed to hear that- and it isn't true! I called the credit card company and I had over 2000$ available credit. My husband responded and she sarcastically responded 'wow, you have $&1234 dollars??'.
Horrible customer service. I'll drive to Buford next time.
We waited about 10 minutes for someone to help us. The lady with blonde hair was helping us at first and then the lady with curly brown hair came over to help her and she started yelling at the blonde right in front of us. The brown hair lady was also on a phone call and did not want to hang up to ring us up. She had the most annoyed look on her face right when she walked up like it was a bother to help us. I will drive an hour to go somewhere else. She made me feel so uncomfortable.
Their machine stole my money...when I ask, they pretty much called me a liar and were EXTREMELY RUDE, about it. And said they told me, not to use quarters and purchase a gaming card, when they did NOT. So they stole money and Lied about it. The customer service was PATHETIC...and the employee Attitudes were rude and dismissive... even though they were WRONG. I'll just go back to the lanes in Buford. And I highly Suggest y'all do the same. If you don't want ripped off.��
This place is very disrespectful I will never be back we was treated like crap they will laugh in your face they treat Mexicans with royalty and whites like trash so my advice is to never go there they suck at customer service and you where very rude to use when we got the you told use lane five then when I come back you told me I never gave you a number but you where very rude I PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER BE BACK
Rude! Would not give BUMPERS to a disabled elder person. Staff said "Its only for those under 10".... Lady is disabled!! Show some compassion.
Pretty pricey on Sat night when they do the cosmic bowling! With taxes etc., $6/game.
