I had several crowns done at this office. The last visit was terrible. The dental assistant broke my crown, made another and broke it then finally got it right. I sat for 3 hours in a room with no one checking to see if I was okay. Now I am battling with the group about a credit on my account that I asked for a refund. It has been 4 months and still no response other than it has been turned over to the person responsible. No phone calls or updates. I cannot recommend this dental office.
i went in for a cleaning and now I cannot eat on my left side of my mouth, they did work on my mouth one month ago. very nice people but Nice doesn't fix what was done, I would not recommend this place to anybody, I wish I never came here
I canceled my appointment. I was not comfortable with the type and amount of information they required in the online new patient form. In addition, I needed both a cleaning and a cap replaced. Instead of making the appointment for the cap replacement (which most would consider the more urgent need) they scheduled the appointment for the cleaning. All of this is through the online format so I couldn't speak to anyone. I can't recommend this office.

We are a medical facility and by law, have to collect new patient information. Sometimes this may seem like a lot, but it is necessary. As for our online system, you can select a cleaning among other types of appointments. We are always able to change this if needed and simply ask that our patients communicate with us, as we are always willing to speak by phone, text or in person. Horrible experience! I didn't get blessed with good teeth so I've had multiple cavities and even root canals that I've never experienced this kind of jaw pain after they filled my cavity, starting with getting numb... I asked for a standard cleaning appointment and they tacked on other services that weren't covered by my insurance. They knew they were elective because when I asked why my bill was so high they told me they offer elective services that insurance doesn't cover that I can decline. I was shown a list of services that would be provided, prior to the appointment, but it was never mentioned that any of the services were elective and they all appeared standard to me.
