We had an amazing dinner last weekend. Food, staff and atmosphere are top notch. Courses came out well timed so you had time to enjoy the food and company without being rushed. Will absolutely be returning!

Valentines dinner with my Valentine! I think we have found our new favorite restaurant. Hidden gem with an AMAZING chef, Hiram Quintana. Started with a great IPA and a juniper&thyme cocktail. Appetizers of Dayboat scallops and Wagyu steak tartare with balsamic pearls. Caribbean Jerk Ahi and Halibut with a pistachio purée and saffron heirloom carrots. Absolute perfection. Thank you so much Stave and Stable for a wonderful meal. We will be back very soon!
