RecommendedValentines dinner with my Valentine! I think we have found our new favorite restaurant. Hidden gem with an AMAZING chef, Hiram Quintana. Started with a great IPA and a juniper&thyme cocktail. Appetizers of Dayboat scallops and Wagyu steak tartare with balsamic pearls. Caribbean Jerk Ahi and Halibut with a pistachio purée and saffron heirloom carrots. Absolute perfection. Thank you so much Stave and Stable for a wonderful meal. We will be back very soon!

RecommendedI can't say enough about my meal there this weekend. I had the seven course tasting menu and each plate was more amazing than the next. (Definitely recommend the Wagyu filet!) On top of that the service was impeccable and the cocktails were amazing. What an amazing addition to Pottstown - would be nice to pair it with a show at Steel River Playhouse for a great night out.
