It’s not secure , our storage was broken into and they said they called , emailed us . When ask what the phone # and email they were using , it was the wrong phone # and email. They also said they had no video of the break in . We believe it was an inside job .
I will start by saying that their website promotes these units as temperature controlled. By saying that we the customer would think that maybe they have a little bit of AC running in there. They do not! My dressers, dining tables were damaged due to the severe heat inside of the unit. The few times I went just to quickly take something out it was unbearably hot in there. And lastly I found a dead tarantula in my unit when I moved out. For this crappy service I would go with someplace cheaper if possible.

Our trailer was stolen while stored at Staxup Storage. The back gate was very weak and StaxUp did not correct it; the thieves easiy forced the gate open and stole two trailers one of which was ours. Our trailer also had a lock on it but somehow the thieves got it anyway. The security and integrity of the gate system was very poor.

Don’t park your RV here. Got our trailer broken into and then a month later our trailer was stolen. There was a 18 day period between dropping off our trailer and picking it up, and when we went to pick it up it was gone. No phone call or anything. They say they have 24 hour video, but they don’t. Nothing on video for the whole 3 weeks when it was stolen. All we have received from them is a phone call saying no video.....sorry. Nothing they can give to the police.
