Love this storage! I have 2 storage units and 2 parking spaces! Make sure to as for Kristine. She always takes good care of me with finding best options for me! Great price for value!

I was recently having trouble entering my unit and Leah at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional! Would highly recommend this establishment based off of the customer service provided!

Convenient storage facility located underneath the 8 freeway in point Loma. The price I paid for the storage is pretty decent. It's not a 24-hour facility but they do keep the storage area unlocked until 10:00 p.m. at night which is pretty good. There are no elevators for the second floor but thankfully it's just one staircase which isn't that much. I've been using the stars now for about 3 months with no complaints. Hopefully that carries on!

Love this place! Joe was super friendly at the office and had a great time chatting! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and let me look for the exact storage unit before I reserved it. The value for the unit was also super affordable.

Just moved into town and was looking to get a small storage space to store some things that I don't always need in my home. Found StaxUp online and their prices were on the cheaper side so we made an appointment to get a space set up. I came from out of town for a conference and needed a place to store my vehicle safely. After doing storage comparisons in San Diego, and calling around to see who had a spot to rent, I landed here. I was able to reserve online which gave me piece of mind. When I arrived it looked run down, but seeing the barbed wire, and gated entrance I felt better. Locked up and aadw right? CROOKS! DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE! Unfortunately my boyfriend and I learned the hard way. We rented a unit here for and only went with them because of the location. Spend the extra 20 bucks a month go with a reputable company. Not only is the site sketchy and we would NEVER go to our storage unit after dark due to the excessive loitering out front, but the maintenance of the place is completely neglected. I rented a storage unit there for 2 years. I finlly got an apt. And moved my things into it. they said they needed a key to my storage unit for the State because they where under the hwy. They stold over $2000.00 worth of my things. i guess sence I had been there so long I would not ever move my things out. Do not rent here. Also there was damage to my things because of mice.
