Clean cheap storage and the ladies in the office always are friendly! The Gate hours are good, and close to the airport

Bad business stay far away...Business good staff far far far from fair. Owners cheap but a great guy. He just can't get good help or maybe he expects to much. I get it you want money and pay nothing on up keep it make the money machine spin well it just doesn't work that way and you find empty units as there are

I was recently having trouble entering my unit and Leah at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional! Would highly recommend this establishment based off of the customer service provided!

Convenient storage facility located underneath the 8 freeway in point Loma. The price I paid for the storage is pretty decent. It's not a 24-hour facility but they do keep the storage area unlocked until 10:00 p.m. at night which is pretty good. There are no elevators for the second floor but thankfully it's just one staircase which isn't that much. I've been using the stars now for about 3 months with no complaints. Hopefully that carries on!

Love this place! Joe was super friendly at the office and had a great time chatting! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and let me look for the exact storage unit before I reserved it. The value for the unit was also super affordable.

Just moved into town and was looking to get a small storage space to store some things that I don't always need in my home. Found StaxUp online and their prices were on the cheaper side so we made an appointment to get a space set up. My partner and I made sure to arrive before their main office closed, we got there 30 minutes before closing and Jeff in the main office rolled his eyes when we told him we wanted to get a storage space and asked us 'you really want to get one right now? I came from out of town for a conference and needed a place to store my vehicle safely. After doing storage comparisons in San Diego, and calling around to see who had a spot to rent, I landed here. I was able to reserve online which gave me piece of mind. When I arrived it looked run down, but seeing the barbed wire, and gated entrance I felt better. Locked up and aadw right?
