I just noticed that the Staxup on Woodside raised the rent on my mom's unit by around 25%. It went from $355 to $400 with almost no notice. Stay away from this place.

Raphael is Awesome!! Great customer service, very accomodating and helpful. Rented two units for over two years. They recently went through an ownership change. The storage facility got a much needed face-lift. Only suggestion would be to make the facility a non-smoking one. There's restrooms nearby at fast food places.

Everyone beware. I have had a storage unit at this location for many years. Ownership changed from Secure Self Storage to Staxup. I have paid my rent timely every month. I was notified a while back that the doors were being worked on and I would need to pick up my new keys. I did go today!! Holy crap! I could not get the lift to work there are no handrails on the stairs and all of my property was touched, moved, and installed on top of itself!!! By stax. I rarely write a bad review but, Stax up bought up this storage. I have been here 30 years at secure self storage. They put new doors in workers everywhere hard to get into units. Now they upped rent at least 20 percent on large units, 30 percent on the upstairs. The are lining all with metal but the place in full of termites. We have had to throw out books and furniture do to termites. Just saying, a pretty exterior will not get rid of termites. ENTER at your own risk

don't rent here ! always ongoing construction with nails everywhere that flat your tires, rude staff always yelling at customers, mice get in your unit with flees good luck getting ride of them

My fiancé, and I were looking for a place to store some of our things! Came in looking for a specific size, and some thing that would fit in our budget and we got just that! Maddie was a very big help and was very on top of her job! She explained everything in great detail, and made it easy for us understand! I highly recommend the storage facility!

I've been with these guys several years now and I can honestly say that they are the best, friendly staff, very informative, they go out of their way to assist with any questions we may have. Highly recommend, I love talking with all the guys there but my favorite one is Mario, he has gone out of his way to listen, act fast to fix the concern I had and has been very helpful with my upgrade.
Initially great with original ownership. After new ownership rats showed up in units even without food or any other perishables in the unit. They chewed up a lot of my belongings as well as feces and urine all over and dead rats in side making the smell attach to your belongings. After I reported the rent was even increased. I got out immediately after loosing half of my stuff to the problem.
