I've had my property at this location for several years. The prices are reasonable and access to my property is easy. I've decided to keep my items there even though I've moved to another part of town. I'll continue to be a loyal customer

Was told I would be reimbursed for part January since I moved out in December, but did not call and cancel until Jan 5 due to illness. I was fine with the partial charge. Never got a refund.

This is a good place to store your belongings. I have been using this storage for about six years. The prices are good, it's clean, and the hours of use are really convenient. The guys at the front desk have always been helpful.

I have been with Secure Self Storage for a year and have had a very positive experience with this business. All the employees have been extremely courteous, and in particular, Isaiah the manager is very professional and has been most helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I've had. I would highly recommend Secure Self Storage for anyone who is looking for a reliable storage facility.

"In a soft tone" So a few days ago, I was consolidating my storage. A heavy set gentleman, possibly Hispanic, not quite sure. He said I had 3 minutes to vacate, he had to go pick up his son. We'll I had about 15 boxes to load into my vehicle. I asked him if he could put a few on his cart he said no. As I'm trying to load all these boxes into my small car he's watching me I asked him if I can make two trips so I can dispose of the boxes in the trash bin, he also responded "no you need to make it happen, he didn't care how I w... read more

DO NOT USE! Recent changes to management have made this place unbareable. It was worth going somewhere else more expensive. Half the security cameras DO NOT WORK, and the management do not care if your unit gets broken into. The office is almost always closed when you need to pay your bill, the only restroom is consistantly out of stock of paper and soap, and there is mold and moss growing on every building.
