Make sure that you cross all t's and dot all i's prior to renting from this company. Thay are very sneaky while over promising and under delivering. They have raised my rate twice in a year by $60.00. I have 2 other units with a different company and they have raised the rate by $10.00 in 8 years. They also entered my unit without my knowledge or permission. They claim I was notified but there are no emails or messages backing their claim. thought i like this place till I went to empty 1 of my units and bugs came out and lights in hall way didn't work and had to move in dark not happy with what I paid

Rude non secure facility and to top it off they let poor old glory hang by a thread off their flag pole and don't seem to care how disrespectful it is to those who have died for that flag. If I could give the lady in the office a negative customer service rating I would but for now 0/10 stars

Very difficult to terminate rental of their unit. I will never rent again from this company. I spent over two days trying to get ahold of someone. Very easy to rent from them in the beginning a nightmare to cancel.

I am only giving any stars at all because of their FORMER manager Mathew. He was an excellent manager. My opinion anyways. MADy on the other hand was pathetic. I was moving out of my unit of over 2 years, and planned on having everything gone and the space cleaned 2 days before my rent was up. Unfortunately, I came down with the COVID and it hit me pretty hard. I called and had the displeasure of speaking to their new manager, MADy. I came here on a recommendation and was greeted by Maddie at the reception. She helped determine the size unit I would need. Showed me the actual unit and even got me a move in special. I'm going through a rough spot in life and the friendly smile and professionalism went a long way to making it easy. Home run.

This place is an embarrassment. Do not use this facility. It's not safe. It's not secure. It's not clean. "Management" will use passive aggressive tactics to ruin your stay instead of proactive and productive skills to better your life. Upper management will not call you back. The place is absolutely filthy. The homeless come out of the woods and steal your things, do drugs, try to fight you, break into your units and your cars and prop the doors open to party all night long.
