Great stay, will come back
Everything was as described, neighborhood was quiet, parking was tight in the driveway but doable. We are family of five and there was enough space. Charleston is a walkable city, you’re right near the College, but an easy walk King St for shopping, etc. Host was super responsive via text when needed (which was for something minor). Great place!
The place was a great fit for our 2 family’s totally 10 people. Convenient located in the heart of what’s happening day and night. Food, convenience store, coffee shop all short walking distance. Just a small upper porch for outside hanging out so majority of time was inside or going places.
Our stay at Unit A at the 99 Spring Street location in downtown Charleston was absolutely fantastic. We had friends fly in from Salt Lake City for a long weekend and the space was perfect for 2 couples. First, it's a beautiful apartment with high ceilings and a fully-appointed kitchen, large couch in the common area that is great for spending time with friends, & the bedrooms are spacious and far apart enough that folks can retreat to their rooms for privacy if needed. Stayed at the house for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect size. We had 8 girls and Verdi e slept comfortably. It was within walking distance of King St. and easy to navigate.
Very communicative and clear
The location of this unit was great! Walkable to King Street with restaurants and bars. Beds were comfy.

Great historical home that is in immaculate condition. Great outdoor area. Since it is a historical home, the steps to the second floor are narrow and steep and may cause issues with someone with walking issues.
