Excellent location, easy access to shops, restaurants. Very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, but it's an older home. Wifi not great, had difficulty streaming shows on the TV in the living room, but for some reason, it was better on the bedroom TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully updated. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at the house. The place was very clean and quiet. Sitting on the large porch in the evening was definitely a highlight!
We stayed at Sundance with a group of 9 ladies. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect -- a quick walk to King Street. The host was clear and responsive. I was impressed by the little details such as the QR codes with house details and detergent, paper towels and sponges. It was a great stay, thank you!

In a great location. Cute. Very clean. Having a parking space was great. The unlock method to open the front door requires that you read the instructions. Would stay again!!! Only odd thing is that to get to the room with the toilet you must walk past the shower which has massive glass doors. For a 2bdrm I was not exactly expecting that! I clearly misunderstood the pictures in the listing lol. Was not an issue for us at all. Just something to note.

Traveled to Charleston for the first time with my husband to celebrate our 11-year anniversary. The location could not have been more perfect. Amazing restaurants in walking distance--highly recommend Verns, Bistronomy, Malagon, and Baquette Magic. Perfect Stroll to King St if you want to take in some nightlife or enjoy a chill drink at Bourbon and Bubbles. We drove to Folly Beach twice and it was a short 15-20 minute ride.
