This place is exactly what you see. Everything is walking distance. The only thing I did not like is the shower water pressure. There is normal water pressure and there is strong water pressure. This place had minimum(below normal) water pressure. I addressed it with the host but she thought it was normal. I own several properties I rent and there is no way that would have been ok for me. However, everything else about this place was awesome. I’d come back when the water pressure is fixed

Private parking spot was great, may be tight with SUV or truck, but standard sedan fit perfectly. Easy access up the stairs. As for the Airbnb itself, it was very clean and decorated wonderfully. I saw some reviews about the water pressure being lackluster, idk if StayDuvet fixed it but when during our stay the water pressure was fantastic. It felt very “home-y”. Great space and in a very walkable area. Enjoyed several great restaurants in the area- Pink Bellies, Leon's Oyster Shop, Chasing Sage, and Xiao Bao Biscuit were all an easy walk, and Rodney Scott BBQ was also walkable, but a bit farther away. Island Provisions is a few steps away and had good breakfast, coffee and snack options and a great wine selection. Beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We also loved that each room had its own smart TV.
Great location. Very clean. Stayed there as a family of 5 and had a very comfortable stay.
Our stay here was wonderful! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Charleston.

We had a wonderfull time staying at The Elegance by StayDuvet on King and Society. From the first night to the last we found great restaurants, shops and activities to do all within walking distance. This location is perfect for those that want to be close to everything downtown Charleston has to offer yet peaceful at night. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful place, great location. One problem: They left a jagged, broken glass in the cupboard and my daughter slashed her finger on it! Other than that, great place.

We enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a quiet spot, this is not the place for you. But we enjoyed the lively environment and we’re right in the middle of the action. The space was stylish and clean.
