The place was big and had a wonderful Charleston Charm!
Could not ask for a better location! We stayed as 3 couples with toddlers and the place was perfect! I will say that one of the rooms was pretty small and had to really finagle to fit a pack and play - and the street noise can be pretty loud - could hear cars revving all night so may want to pack ear plugs if that bothers you. This is a great place to stay. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It is located in a good area and very close to King Street. I only experienced 2 negatives with the property. I could hear the renters downstairs. Parking is not great. The parking garage is .3 miles away. Walking down Spring Street at night as a female is a bit dangerous. These are the only problems I experienced. If street parking was available I would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect weekend getaway for us. The house is so cute, bed was very comfortable, and the location is great. You’re really close to King Street, so it was fun to be able to walk right downtown for breakfast. I will say, if there is anyone staying above you, you can hear everything. But it didn’t bother us! Overall, such a nice place to stay. Would definitely go back!
Lovely place to stay, maybe a 15-20 min walk to most attractions and restaurants on King Street. A few nice coffee shops within a three-block radius. Comfortable, well appointed.

What a beautiful home! Thank you so much for hosting us. Incredibly hospitable group that manages these properties. LOVE the decor and design. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to awesome restaurants and cocktail spots. Will definitely return to stay here! thank you!
Everything was great with our stay. I would suggest a couple of softer pillow options. Maybe there were some on the other beds, but I didn't want to raid them from my family members! The house is lovely, very well appointed. There is a lot of traffic noise, which was pointed out in other reviews, but once we were busy we didn't notice it too much. Nice yard area for the kids to play catch. Loved Leon's for chicken and oysters and The Daily for coffee and breakfast.
A great place for a family get together. We were walking distance to so many options the house was spacious and beautifully appointed. I would be happy to stay again someday!
