Like how the living area and kitchen was separate from bedroom. Disappointed at how you can hear every foot step from above apartment/room. Next stay will be on top floor.

So nice! Very nice stay, the room was exceptional and they even have plates, silverware, cups, and all sorts of pans for your stay! We got use of the oven, made a pizza.. the courtyard has a two nice little areas, seating and grilling or relaxing by a fire! 10/10 would recommend, definitely will visit again and stay here!

Loved It! This place is awesome! 11 miles from DC. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Nice gym and free laundry rooms on each floor! The manager John was helpful and friendly. I will stay here every time I am in the DC area from now on! I have told my family about it and they will stay here too. Great price for what you get!

Clean & comfortable. Comfortable, clean, no frills stay. Full kitchen. Stays like an apartment rental. All you need for an above average 1-2 night stay. Missing a few safety and convenience items but doesn't take away from value.

Amazing Stay I will definitely be staying here again soon! I wanted a change of scenery, and felt the need for a staycaytion. StayAPT was literally like a home away from home. The bedding was comfortable, the room was wel equipped, and having a full kitchen is always a plus for someone like me who loves to cook.
