This is my second real estate transaction with Johannes. It was the sale of the my property in Highland Park. Prior to us (Johannes & I) entering into any contracts, Johannes met with me to discuss current market conditions during COVID pandemic, all potential items relating to my home sales, as well as, the timeline on open house, offer process and the escrow process. This transaction, similar to my first transaction with Johannes, went as smooth as can be. There were no hiccups or delays and Johannes kept me abreast of all matters big or small; from escrow opening, to buyer's contingency removal and to the close of escrow/recording/proceeds disbursement. He was extremely proactive on all matters. I truly felt he cared about all aspects of my sale as much as I did, which really help me not to have any anxiety or concerns. This level of personal responsibility from Johannes says a lot about his integrity and work ethic. He listen attentively to what I had to say and while being patient and figuring the most honest and realistic messages which may differ from my thoughts for me to understand what would be in my best interest. Johannes was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us find and negotiate our new home in DTLA. He understood the market and the personalities of all parties involved.
