Johannes is an experienced agent. He is very knowledgeable about downtown LA in particular. We first met him in an open house and we were really impressed by him. Then we chose him as our buyer agent and he walked us through every step of the purchasing process. Due to the lingering litigation issue with the building, there were few lenders were willing to work with buyers. Johannes is very smart and highly knowledgeable about all things real estate. I consulted with Johannes at length about my situation, and he offered a lot of good insight. Ultimately I did not go through with the transaction for personal reasons, but I appreciated Johannes working with me every step of the way. I would have thought he's been working as a real estate agent for the last 20 years based on his insight (I think it has only been several years). He also has a good eye for design.

Johannes Stainbeck is very easy to communicate with and very nice. He works very hard to get things done as quickly as possible. After I moved into my condo I realized that I was given the wrong mailbox keys. So, I told Johannes and a couple of days later a new lock was put on the mailbox. Johannes personally handed me the new keys to the mailbox. It was great working with him the whole time.
This was the best experience me and my wife had working with any agent. Johannes was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful. Anything that could have been an issue or headache, he made sure it was taken care of before it became an issue.
