RecommendedI just want to give a big shout out to Stems and the AWESOME service they provide. I ordered from Stems last year and had a few minor issues with the flower arrangement. Not a major problem by any means but I was a little disappointed with what we received. I was in contact with them over the course of multiple days and they were always very kind and accomodating. Outstanding customer service and beautiful flowers. I called in from Newfoundland in hopes of getting a last minute arrangement done. (on the Saturday before Xmas no less!) I was floored when the lovely woman on the phone said she would deliver the arrangement herself as it was a few blocks from her home! Above and beyond. I always loved Stems when I lived in Omaha and will continue to use them even though I'm away. Thanks again!
