Outstanding customer service and beautiful flowers. I called in from Newfoundland in hopes of getting a last minute arrangement done. (on the Saturday before Xmas no less!) I was floored when the lovely woman on the phone said she would deliver the arrangement herself as it was a few blocks from her home! Above and beyond. I always loved Stems when I lived in Omaha and will continue to use them even though I'm away. Thanks again!

I paid $147.00 for an “amazing plant” arrangement and it was maybe worth $75 at best. It was two different plants placed in a basket, for that price I definitely expected a pot or something more “wow”. I placed the order online and then later called and spoke someone. I explained what it was for and that it doesn’t need to be Christmas-y and something to be used year around.
