Stephanie has sold 5 properties for me and my family over the past 15 years. She is extremely hard working and is always willing to take on a challenge. I currently live in NC and was selling a house of a deceased relative. Stephanie and her staff went well above and beyond helping anyway they could to make my life easier. I highly recommend Stephanie, you won't find another agent with more knowledge of the current market, who is honest and will always do what is best for her clients!

In a difficult market Stephanie and her team represented us on the sale of our house. Stephanie is truly the best in the business. She has also been rated #1 for MANY years, and that doesn't happen by accident. She is always on top of everything, responds immediately, and truly has your best interest at heart. She really tries to set you at ease, as we all know how stressful it is to sell/buy a home. I cannot say enough about her. Hire her and her team. You WON'T be sorry!

Stephanie was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and responsive during the sale of our home, which sold in two days. She offered advice as to what we could do to make our house a more positive showing. (Place a rug here, remove items, rearrange items).

Stephanie Ellison helped to sell our house in a matter of 2 days and we received multiple offers over our list price. She did a great job both pricing our house competitively and marketing it for a quick sale. The pictures and write-up really helped to showcase our house and resulted in a quick sale. We also followed all her recommendations when we listed and showed the house, which again helped to sell the house quickly. Stephanie possess a knowledge of trends, neighborhoods, buyers, and realistic timelines that she shares with honesty and enthusiasm. She also utilizes a team that works from start to finish to help expedite the sales process. This team includes a handyman, stager, photographer, and every niche expert you can think of. After the sale, she helped us find a new place as well. She's friendly, professional, and honest. I'd definitely recommend her, and in fact already have.

Stephanie did a great job helping us sell our house in 3 days. She knew how to price our house competively and definitely when the right time was to put it on the market. Even with a family emergency and being out of town Stephanie always kept us in the loop of what was happening and got back to us whenever we had questions or needed her. We have recommended her services to other people who are in need of a realtor and we will continue to do so in the future.

I hired Stephanie Ellison to sell my house this spring after it had been on the market for 11 months. She was remarkable! Her marketing skills are exceptional, she is dedicated and hard working, responsive, knows what works and what doesn't when selling a house. Her staff are professional, pleasant and helpful. My house is sold, I closed in June. I recommended her to my aunt, whose house languished on the market for a year before Stephanie took over- I just heard she has a buyer!
