I hired Stephanie Ellison to sell my house this spring after it had been on the market for 11 months. She was remarkable! Her marketing skills are exceptional, she is dedicated and hard working, responsive, knows what works and what doesn't when selling a house. Her staff are professional, pleasant and helpful. My house is sold, I closed in June. I recommended her to my aunt, whose house languished on the market for a year before Stephanie took over- I just heard she has a buyer!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Maryrose, both over the phone and through email. She demonstrated unprofessional behavior and was dismissive regarding a prospective client’s interest in the property, for reasons that remain unclear. Throughout our interactions, she repeatedly disregarded requests and appeared to prioritize actions that solely served her own interests. Stephanie presented herself professionally and asked me to provide her with sensitive information. I trusted her and shared it promising to speak within 2 days. She then ignored calls and emails which set me back waiting for her response. This was very unprofessional.
