We recently sold our house and highly recommend Stephanie Ellison and her team! The staging and photos were very professional and made our home look extra nice! She was interested in all the features and upgrades of our home, to showcase them in the listing. Her personal and professional service was excellent. We have 2 rescued cats, and she and her team (Michelle and Kylie) provided extra special care for them by hosting all showings and ensuring the inside cats did run out an open door during showings.

This is the second time that Stephanie has been our realtor for selling. Both times, she was very proactive and aggressively followed all offers. She kept us informed, even while she was on vacation!

Ellison Homes is the ONLY way to go when selling and/or buying a home. We have worked with Stephanie and Dave a couple times and they helped us find our family's forever home. I have worked with many realtors including many top rated brokers and Stephanie is head and shoulders above them all. The key differentiator with Stephanie, is her genuine investment in your best interests. She clearly takes full ownership of the deal with your best interests in mind, not just the best way for her to make a quick sale to improve her return on time invested.

Bernadette went above and beyond for us. We were first-time home buyers and she made the whole process as easy as it could be. What I appreciated the most is, she spoke up for us and wouldn't let anything slide with the sale. If we didn't like something, either did she. Our concerns instantly became her concerns and would be honest about her thoughts and feelings about a house while respecting that we were the decision-makers.
