Stephanie is an amazing broker. I worked for months with another broker who could not understand what I wanted. Stephanie found me my dream home within a month. She held my hand through every step in the process. She even submitted my offer at 10pm. There was never a time when she was unavailable. Her support staff is top notch also. You can’t go wrong with Stephanie.

Stephanie's knowledge of the real-estate business was second to none. Stephanie new the market and I actually got $30,000 more than I thought I could get. I never had a problem reaching Stephanie or one of her team members when I had questions or concerns. As far as her negotiating skills I'll sum up by saying Stephanie want to make the deal happen and does end of story.

We had a difficult contract processed through rural development. It dragged on forever with the processor dragging his feet and requesting all sorts of odd things. We were also under contract to purchase a newer house in another state! Lisa coordinated with our people there as well to ensure everything was as smooth as possible and everyone was up to date with the whole process! She kept me distressed which was not an easy task! She was amazing and went above all expectations! She won’t disappoint you!
