She was professional and timely. I want to be very clear I am happy with my loan people. I am extremely unhappy with financing. The level of documentation is ridiculous. I gave several different ways to prove i was currently employed and they even called my human resources and put me on a conference call where they verified my identity and submitted a ticket for assistance meaning i am an employee, they had documentation of a recent paycheck cleared and in the bank on the bank statement, history of employment for 3 years... read more
