She was a tremendous help during the whole process, especially before closing.
She and her team helped figure out all of the mess caused by Austin title company and having a whole bunch of closings on the same day.
Stephanie was great at communicating, easy to contact and did a great job at answering all of our questions.
Stephanie made the process as easy and smooth as possible. Stephanie worked with us and our unique situation and it really seemed like she wanted us in the house as much as we did, but not in a high-pressure sales way. When there was a lower rate available she called us repeatedly so we didn't miss out on a life-changing rate reduction. Stephanie stayed in touch until she was sure we had the keys in our hands.
