Stephanie was readily available to answer my questions. Every time I called, she picked up. When I had difficulty understanding something, she took the time to make sure I understood and never made me feel rushed. She was open to exploring a a variety of options with me and just generally made the experience wonderful!!!!
She came in the middle of the process because original lady does not work with them anymore and stephanie stepped in and took over with no problem
