Stephanie kept me informed often,. I had both email and phone conversations with her frequently. I was always informed and never left out of the loop or confused of anything. Stephanie was very pleasant and professional with me. She made herself available even during times where one is obviously not at work, but away from the job taking care of her personal life. She found time for me whenever I needed.

She came in the middle of the process because original lady does not work with them anymore and stephanie stepped in and took over with no problem
