Better communication between all parties so that important, necessary information is requested earlier in the process. We feel that KBHS was unfamiliar with our particular financial scenario. Instead of getting critical information and making financial requests at the beginning these came at the last minute and we were left scrambling until a couple of hours before the closing was scheduled. Stephanie worked with our best interests in mind but she was hampered by a difficult, convoluted system.
