She always answer our questions in timely manner. She explain to us what was going every time we have doubts. She make the process easy and smooth. Thank you so much Stephanie. Even though my English is not that good, she always took the time to understand what I said.
Better communication between all parties so that important, necessary information is requested earlier in the process. We feel that KBHS was unfamiliar with our particular financial scenario. Instead of getting critical information and making financial requests at the beginning these came at the last minute and we were left scrambling until a couple of hours before the closing was scheduled. Stephanie worked with our best interests in mind but she was hampered by a difficult, convoluted system.
Stephanie's weekly contact sessions ensured my wife had all the information we needed during our loan process. She provided additional research and knowledge for my specific loan category ( veteran) which helped to avoid common pitfalls. Her attitude was naturally pleasant and to be honest, we looked forward to her updates. We will definitely recommend KBHS to our co-workers, friends, and family for their future home loan activities.
