Communicate consistently, check to make sure information is accurate, give people notice on things they need to provide, consider that not everyone can find access to a printer in the middle of the night in a rural area.

Hardly any communication with Ms. Nelson on her end. We didn't know our payment until closing which we asked for several times and it went ignored. We asked for the down payment over and over and no response until hours before closing which made us wait in another town to withdraw the money and then drive to another town to close. We asked many questions and they usually went unanswered. We would not recommend this service to anyone
