I submitted my application on June 23rd in my loan did not close until October 19th. It was an absolutely horrible experience and when I hope I never have to do again or at least with this company!

Paige was wonderful through our process, Stephanie seemed to come off harsh and unwilling to explain things. Paige should handle the customer side of loans instead of Stephanie.

The process became convoluted when other people other than our primary contact began handling steps of the underwriting & closing process as she was off work. Miscommunication, frustration, lack of communication, poor attitudes and negative perceptions overshadowed our previously pleasant experience. We heard on more than one account the negative experiences encountered, which only in turn stressed us out at a crucial time: closing! Communication is key.

Research information on applicants before sharing. We were told my husband had liens against him. We researched to prove the liens weren't against him. They were against someone with the same name. I had to ask if documentation was needed . Then, documentation would be requested. If an issue came up with the loan, I was left to FIGURE IT OUT. Stephanie said interest rates were unpredictable. I got a competitive quote from another lender then she said she was able to beat. Too much stress.
