Con artists trying to extort money from home owners.
Worst Property management company. They have very old IT systems which do not work well and on top of it the management charges ridiculous amount in penalties for their mistakes. They do not understand even when we try to reason with them in what happened. They are well trained to rip off residents with too many fines and penalties with no notifications to residents
They are horrible. Sent emails to them regarding deed restriction violations and they don't respond nor do they take action. Pitiful company.

Every time I'm in contact with ASI, I always get a response in a timely manner. Yesterday (labor day) I emailed verifying our pool hours and I got a response from Patricia Villarreal the very next day. She's very responsive and quick! Thank you, Patricia!
I called and spoke with Linda had question about a certified letter I received she explained to me why I received this letter and stated she will contact the board members to try and remove the fine and she did thank you for helping me with this.
Maricela at the front desk was very informative and throughly answered all of my question.
I had question about an acc application I was trying to fill out for some exterior work I was planning to do to my house. I spoke with Maricela very friendly young lady after she directed my call to Linda who kindly helped me with getting my application approved in a matter of 2 days. Thank you girls for being very helpful.
Great response time to get my pool tags and my a letter about my outdoor structure request. They requested additional info I had missed and had a response to me the same day. Thanks for your efficiency.
