Michael was really great! He thoughtfully explained what the issue was, went over the repair process and the cost of the parts, and helped clean up behind my range which was really dirty. He also helped me remove the vent panels that needed cleaning, so I did not have to call another service to do it. He had a friendly and helpful trainee with him, and they completed the repair in a short amount of time, and also tested all other parts of my range before leaving to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend!

Techs showed up on time and called in advance as promised. They quickly understood the issues and performed the needed repair in a very reasonable amount of time and without complication.
