Tony was terrific. He found someone had previously replaced a part with an incompatible one, so we had problems. He had what he needed on his truck and he is a pleasure to work with. He had previously made another excellent service call to us.

The Sterling Techs arrived on time and worked efficiently and got the replacement part installed in minutes. The cost came in significantly below the estimate, which is always a nice surprise. The techs were affable and polite. Great service.
