I have worked with Steve and his staff before and they are all fantastic. This time it was a refi. All of Steve's staff know the details of the mortgage industry and they each of them is efficient at getting their part of the process done in a very timely manner. When I called with questions, my questions were completely answered in language I could understand, and when I needed some tech assistance, that was eagerly supplied as well. I will happily call on Steve for my next refi or purchase.
I really appreciate the hard work and diligence that Steve put into my refinance. He and his whole team were wonderful to work with and they got me a really great rate. They were honest and upfront about all the costs involved and worked to keep those costs down. You felt like you could trust that they had your best interest in mind.
