I planned to refinance my home at the end of last year and was helped by Steve Iversen. That time, I didn’t end up going through with the refinance and Steve was very understanding. Its so awesome for this company of folks to take one in as family. They not only read ad such but keep you as such. Im able to ,i say bother but no bother to them at all, ask questions all year long. Steve made our first time purchasing a home so easy and painless. Quick and painless as long as you possess the proper documentation. I have limited (senior) computer skills and I would use the Post Office when I couldn't scan or attach files and Steve and his team were very patient. They also kept me informed as to the status. It's amazing how much paperwork was reviewed and signed on-line. Thanks to Steve and the team for a great rate and an enjoyable experience.

One of the most challenging loans I've been through and Steve handled it like a pro. As an owner of many business's, I am not a w2 earner with a large loan need, as a result this loan was even more challenging. Steve knows his loans, walked us through the process, and was able to get the deal closed timely. Best rates and lowest cost compared to other Jumbo Loans!
