Steve and his team are amazing. They helped me through every single step of the process and made sure it was easy for me to complete everything. If I had a question, they had an answer. There were some delays due to other parties (not Steve and team!) and they helped me through them and made sure I was kept up to date. I absolutely am grateful for all that help. This is a huge step for anyone and being a first time buyer, I felt like I was in good hands. If and when I go through this again, I'm calling Steve.
