As a first time home buyer, there are lots of questions. Steve was FANTASTIC! Always available to answer all of our questions and to take time to explain everything in detail so we would understand. He also helped to find us closing credits which is a huge help. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else but Steve. We highly recommend him. Deal with him and you are in honest & safe hands. Buying a home was a very stressful time for us. And often documents were repeatedly asked for from us that we already uploaded to portal. Plus, there wasn't always reading retention in the emails sent from us as salient points/questions were ignored and had to be revisited later in the process. In the end, all was resolved and the closing occurred so I cant thank Embrace enough for all the behind the scenes handling. Unfortunately I'd be lying if I didn't say there were a few bumps in communication getting there.

At the end on the closing day it was difficult to reach Steve and closing company and myself had questions related to closing documents.

You team sent a lot of last minute emails saying they needed a document within 24 hours. I am pro active, not reactive. Also, if it‚Äôs that last minute and needs attention, call or text the individuals. Not everyone reads their email all day. Or everyday for that matter.

It was really hard to communicate directly to Steve. I always had to call Mike, the head of realtor team to contact him. Also, when they need something to be signed, we were told to (almost forced to) sign right away within 24 hours, while when we need something, it takes too many days. The response took so long. The docs were not prepared on the closing date so it got extended 2 hours. Never experienced it with my other home closing dates.
