Steve was my loan officer on two properties. He is very knowledgeable about all of the process and helped to make the transition from one residence to the other a pleasant one. Steve is very personable and I would highly recommend him to help make your dream home a reality.
Steve was always very responsive to any questions I might have had during the loan process. He resolved issues quickly. We had a property issue arise last minute. Steve stayed on top of right to the end. He let me know on a Sunday that all resolved and all good.
Prior to working with Steven several times I did my research and shopping to compare. He was able to give me the best rates, and I must say that he stands out from the rest! He is very attentive to the needs and wants of his clients. He is very communicative throughout the whole process from beginning to end!! I would highly suggest him!!
Steve was excellent and was responsible for me purchasing my first home. He helped me every step of the way and provided excellent suggestions. Steve had to put up with a child of a Seller/Realtor and was very professional every step of the way; biting his tongue to make for certain the deal got done, even when I would not have blamed him for saying something to this individual. Steve was GREAT!
The lender provided great service. Only thing that could have been improved was providing a complete list, up front, of ALL info needed for underwriting the loan. As it was, several additional requests for more info were generated.
