I was absolutely blown away with Dr. Schierling’s thoroughness and expertise. After being told by another surgeon that my hernia was likely a pulled muscle, I had a lot of self doubt about my symptoms. I was just sent to Dr. Schierling again. The first time, he dealt with an umbilical hernia. The second, he repaired a bilateral inguinal hernia. Both times, I was referred to him by excellent physicians -- a family practice specialist and a urologist. Both times, they sent me to him because "he's the best." I concur with their professional judgement. Dr. Schierling did excellent work and provided superb care all around. Without reservation, I give him my highest recommendation.

I've had two surgeries with Dr. Schierling; an appendectomy and a cholecystectomy. He is such a skilled surgeon and has the greatest bedside manner of any doctor I've ever encountered.
