Horrible doctor! I guess I should have known when he had same day appts available there may be a reason. He did not wear a mask to protect himself or patients. Horrible attitude, acted as if my primary care referring me to him was a nuisance. He billed my insurance as if it wasn't, however. :/ Didn't do anything and didn't even feel the lump under my arm that alarmed 2 other doctors to get me out of his office so fast as if he had several patients waiting, NOT. My doctor personally contacted dr Schierling who promised to contact me for an appointment that day. He didn’t. I finally got through for an appointment inwhich he assured me he would contact me after he met with his radiologist to review my MRI in “next couple of days”. He didn’t. That was almost 4 weeks ago. I have contacted his office multiple times and there is yet to be a meeting with the radiologist or a call back to me.

Made me drive 2 hours for him to tell me I need an MRI before we do anything. Which he said he knew before he even met me. I waited 45 mins in his exam room. He was short with me and made me feel like my questions weren't valid. He did not get my results to me in a timely manner. Was unreachable for followup questions. No respect for patients, their time, or their anxiety regarding results / surgery
