if I could give a ZERO star rating, I would. Unless your pet needs its yearly shots, do not take your animal there if you have a care for its life. The vets, imho, are incompetent and negligent. Our beloved dog died because, though we brought him there several times, including the week he died, they assumed he was suffering from an existing condition. This was absolutely not so. Dr. Feinberg is the absolute worst. He doesn't really love animals, he only cares about money. He treated my dog for 13 years and when it was time to put her down, he refused to come to our house and do it, he didn't check on us. Fortunately, my mom new an actual good vet who came to our house and checked up on us after. When she was old and sick he basically just told us to put her down. Falls Road Animal Hospital is the biggest get over in town don't believe the hype. There famous for padding bills, over charging and scaring you into getting your pet shots they don't need. I spent over $3,000 before I caught on. My beloved pet/family member (Gizmo) got sick in the middle of the night a Falls Road refused to see him after a Year of shots grooming. Will never take my pet there again, rude staff, Dr.Feinberg is nice but not a good vet, in my opinion, made lots of mistakes, yet keep charging...Prices are crazy!
I had to write a review just to recover from my experience. I loved Dr Feinberg when I took my animals to him in years past. I thought I had an appointment with him today but instead got his associate who was just Ok but that was couched in my disappointment in not getting to see Dr. Feinberg. So I realize that...
