As Steve was attending college, he worked for a local flower shop, delivering, doing odd jobs, and eventually designing. I ordered online and I'm not from the area where they were delivering for me. they called me right away to inform me that latex balloons were not allowed in the hospital where I was sending, and adjusted my order. timely delivery, very reasonable and i.will use them again!
