About the Company Family Owned and Operated How It All Began... Steve's Flowers and Gifts was founded in 1973 by Steve and Linda Huth. As Steve was attending college, he worked for a local flower shop, delivering, doing odd jobs, and eventually designing. Steve had dreams of opening his own floral facility on the southside of Indianapolis, and when opportunity came, he went to work to make it happen. I made a mistake and ordered for the wrong day. despite me calling day of to confirm delivery they were able to change delivery for me! Thank goodness. GREAT customer service and such unique vases. the receiver LOVED her flowers. I'll never use anyone else.

Called from N.C. to have an arrangement delivered to a funeral on short notice. Very helpful and courteous. Within 2 hours I had received an email with my receipt, a picture of the arrangement with the note attached, and confirmation of delivery. Top notch service. Thanks so much!!!

I really can't say enough about the excellent customer service they offer. Our group ordered a planter online to be delivered to a funeral home in Beech Grove. The online ordering was easy, the price was great, no delivery charge, emailed a picture of the planter before delivery, sent a confirmation email that it was delivered and the family loved it! Thank you for going above and beyond!
