As Steve was attending college, he worked for a local flower shop, delivering, doing odd jobs, and eventually designing. I picked this florist because it's closest to the funeral home where I needed to send flowers today. I live out of state so I hoped for the best. I am SO impressed with this place! For one, I ordered last-minute, and they were still able to deliver today. For two, they didn't charge me anything for delivery. Three, they e-mailed to me a photo of the arrangement with a note of sympathy for our loss, which I NEVER expected. No florist has ever sent me a photo of the arrangement! That is SO NICE. I was so impressed with Steve's flowers from the first contact until the last. We live many hours away and we needed to have an arrangement sent from our family. The young lady that answered the phone was polite, thoughtful and helpful. I didn't know exactly what to send and she helped me to figure it all out with sincerity and patience.
