I used the online site. I was a little nervous, as I have never ordered flowers that way! The site was very user friendly. My daughter lives in Indianapolis. I live 3 hours away. It was a spur of the moment thought, but the flowers arrived on her birthday...which was the next day! I was emailed a confirmation, a letter thanking me AND a photo of the flowers. Steve's Flowers did a wonderful job handling my recent order. They offer an option to have a picture of your arrangement emailed to you, which I absolutely loved. I would highly recommend them!!
