I didn't see what I was looking for on their website so I sent an email with a picture. I received a response within a few minutes telling me they could accommodate me. I received a picture of the finished product and delivery confirmation. Excellent customer service!

I recently had an arrangement sent to Greenwood and was so surprised when I got an email with a picture of the flowers, plus the card that was being sent! I have never known a florist to do that! What a wonderful gesture! Thank you!
